At the moment, creators have the ability to download an export of clicks and sales in the ambassador feature directly. It would be great to: -View on the booking and sales report which ambassador link the sale came from and -In the ambassadors section, to be able to see which bookings were actual sales.

It would be very powerful to be able to set a personalized down payment when customers book via payment plan. By personalized, i.e. if I (the creator) want to set the down payment amount to $20, $1, 10%, 1/3 or provide multiple options. Then, ideally set the number of months for the rest of the balance to be evenly broken into.

Currently, a creator must reach out to support to request an export of the voucher codes. It would be a great feature to allow an export directly in the platform where a creator can download an export of all voucher codes and the relevant fields/details of the codes.

Whiteroad have shared that having an API integration would give them live availability on products so that people can book directly on the site. It would reduce the need for people to submit enquiries and their sales team to then follow up.

The automated emails currently do not include any details of the seller or event in the title so many times the customer overlooks these emails as spam. Adding the seller name to the subject line of the automatic emails would help maximize visibility and make sure the customer opens it.

Upon setting up a new product, a creator must also manually select booking notifications to be turned on for the product. Furthermore, any future products set up must also have notifications manually turned on as well. This is often a looked over step with many creators as they become busier and don't always realize a notification of a booking was missed. Creators have mentioned that it would be easier to initially have all of the team members notifications turned on automatically and for any who wish not to receive the notifications, can then be turned off manually. As it is much more likely for a seller to only need to unselect a specific event or email 1x to not receive notifications than the likelihood of needing to turn notifications on each time.

Introduce a timeline to experiences detailing key changes to the experience (price etc) and also have the ability to add notes in the same way as on bookings

Is there a way to pull out experience details and booking details to feed into a google cal?

Many creators on the platform would like the ability to connect to OTAs such as booking.com , airbnb, etc to have centralised inventory management and control - this is both for experiences and accommodation
